Where is Agnes Medical Pharmacy located?
We are at 25 Agnes Street, Unit 3, Mississauga, ON L5B 3X7, in Cooksville near Hurontario Street and Dundas Street West, close to Cooksville GO Station.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm. We are closed on Sundays and Ontario statutory holidays.
Do you deliver prescriptions?
Yes. Prescription delivery is free for our patients, and compliance packs are delivered on a schedule. Call (905) 272-0303 to set up delivery.
How do I transfer my prescriptions to Agnes?
Send a transfer request on this page or call (905) 272-0303. Tell us your current pharmacy and we will contact them for you.
Can a pharmacist treat a UTI, pink eye or cold sores?
Yes. Ontario pharmacists can assess and, when appropriate, prescribe treatment for common conditions including urinary tract infections, pink eye and cold sores. There is no fee for the assessment with your Ontario health card.
Do you offer blister packs?
Yes. Our compliance packs sort every dose by date and time in sealed blister cards. Each pack is verified by a pharmacist, refilled automatically and delivered free on schedule.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. Agnes Medical Pharmacy is always accepting new patients.
What languages do you speak?
Our team speaks English, Arabic and Tagalog.
How do prescribers send prescriptions?
